This class will help you get lean, toned and fit. Strengthening your whole body and offering a wealth of benefits to your overall health and fitness level. Suitable for all, using either body weight or resistance (dumbells & bands) following a sequence of fun functional exercises. You will leave feeling full of energy.

Join Antonio for an energetic and dynamic Box Fit class. Combining various boxing techniques with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and coordination. Antonio's expertise in personal training and boxing coaching ensures that participants receive a challenging yet safe workout tailored to their individual fitness levels. Push yourself to the next level and experience the benefits of boxing while improving your overall fitness and health in this engaging and empowering class.
Bootcamp
Thursday 6:30pm with Amy
Saturday 8:00am with Antonio
A fun, friendly and energetic circuit based bootcamp held in the open air at Rainbow Farm. Suitable for any level, no two classes will be the same. Using tractor tyres, battle ropes, logs and many other farm objects. We will be covering a series of functional movements that will challenge you whilst growing your strength and fitness and includes a bit of team work. The bootcamp will cover cardio, strength, core, stability and resistance training and will give you a full body workout. A fitness experience like no other.

Slim & Trim Circuits
Friday 9:30 am
A great full body workout using a combination of exercise stations . This class combines strength training and cardiovascular endurance to improve muscle strength, as well as burning fat. Suitable for all abilities, work at your own pace and most importantly, have fun!
